Customer service
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment.
For express shipping, we kindly request you contact the Hyva representative in your country.
Customers with a My Hyva account place their orders on the invoice.
New visitors can place their orders online and choose from various payment methods such as iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
The payment is processed by the payment services of Mollie. You will also find this name in your bank transaction overview.
If you want to return, this is possible when you:
- Fill in the return form;
- A copy of the invoice is enclosed with the returned item;
- The part has been returned within 3 months;
- Return the item clean, unused, undamaged, without writing and in the original packaging with the original label.
Any transport costs will not be reimbursed. If the above conditions are not met, the return shipment cannot be processed. The returned item will be checked on arrival for usability or the possibility of resale. Hyva reserves the right to deduct costs depending on this result. Specially ordered parts cannot be returned.
In case you are not satisfied with our service, we appreciate to receive a message explaining what happened. Please send an email to aftersales@hyva.com to notify Hyva on a complaint or improvement suggestion.

Product Registration for Warranty
Register your product within 10 days of delivery to the user to comply with the conditions of the extended warranty. Read more about the extended warranty conditions.
