An integral part of Hyva’s business.

Our Quality Management System is an important and integral part of Hyva’s business. All product manufacturing is certified to one global quality standard, ISO 9001. And, our procurement and manufacturing is built on a limited number of approved global suppliers, component verification and extensive testing. Quality is controlled and assured at all stages in our business.

Excellence program

To ensure our solutions are always manufactured to world-class quality levels, Hyva employs a continuous improvement methodology at the heart of its production process. Using established principles such as incremental adaption, feedback systems, employee engagement and change measurement, we constantly work toward the goal of a ‘zero-fault’ process, defined by specific objectives such as zero injuries, zero defects, zero breakdowns and zero waste.

Caxias do Sul

Brazil

Brazil boasts two Hyva production facilities, both situated in Caxias do Sul. One of these facilities manufactures our Hydraulic Telescopic Cylinders, Wet Kits, Moving Floor and Roller Track on a 8,000 sq. metre production site, while the other manufactures Hyva Cranes (1 – 74 tm) on a 12,000 sq. metre site.

Olbersdorf

Germany

Based in Olbersdorf, about 50 miles West of Dresden, our 25,000 sq. metre production site in Germany manufactures the full range of Hyva cylinders.

Poviglio

Italy

Occupying 21,000 sq. metres, our production site in Poviglio, Italy, consists of two separate manufacturing facilities – one responsible for the production of Hyva cranes, the other for Hyva Hookloaders. The site also houses a 1,500 sq. metre test centre.

Pune, Jamshedpur, Bangalore, Mumbai

India

Hyva has four production sites in India, each at separate locations. Our 11,000 sq. metre site in Mumbai produces our JT and PT Valves, while our Tippers and RCBs are manufactured at our 220,000 sq. metre plant in Pune. Hyva Tippers are manufactured at two locations – one (11,500 sq. metre) in Jamshedpur, and one (18,600 sq. metre) in Bangalore.

Yangzhou

China

Our 48,000 sq. metre production site in Yinbao, China, is focused on refitting Waste Handling vehicles and Cranes, while we have two other production sites in Yangzhou. The first of these is a 24,000 sq. metre site which manufactures Cylinders and Wet Kits, and the other (30,000 sq. metres) manufactures our Hookloaders and Compactors (static and mobile).
