Fly-jib 1000

Fly-jib 1000 is a hydraulic jib extension that is fitted in the boom system of the loader crane. It will prolong the reach of your crane.  

Prolong your reach 

With a fly-jib 1000 you get a longer reach on your loader crane by up to 13.7 m. This makes it possible to reach previously inaccessible positions like over roofs. Therefore, it is convenient for lifts of rooftiles and plates. 

20° over-bending  

Applying a fly-jib to your boom system gives a new dimension to your crane. You get a new angle and the possibility of lifting horizontally. Horizontal lifting could be over roofs or through gates.  
With fly-jib 1000 you get great flexibility as it is made with over-bending. The over-bending of 20° makes it possible to reach places under difficult conditions, for example through windows.

Fly-jib 1000 is available with 2, 3, 4 and 5 hydraulic extensions. If you choose the one with 4 hydraulic extensions, it is possible to add onemanual extension.  

Just like the crane, the fly-jib is also connected to the RCL safety system. It means that the lifting capacity of the fly-jib is adapted to each boom position by means of the RCL safety system.  
When either the crane or the fly-jib reaches maximum lifting capacity, working speed is reduced proportionally to the load on either the crane or the fly-jib.
