Hyva is founded in the Netherlands, in Alphen aan den Rijn.
The two first subsidiaries
Hyva France and Hyva Belgium become the first two subsidiaries, expanding Hyva’s network.
The founding in Germany and UK
Hyva GMBH, in Mönchengladbach-Güdderath, and Hyva UK, in Manchester, are founded to continue the expansion onto the European market.
Hyva Iberica: Portugal and Spain
Hyva Iberica is founded in Barcelona, to represent Spain and Portugal, and becomes the fifth European subsidiary.
The first subsidiary outside Europe: Malaysia
Hyva Malaysia becomes the first subsidiary outside Europe representing Hyva's first foray into the Far East.
Hyva acquires Kennis
Hyva acquires Kennis, which specializes in rolloader cranes, fitting smoothly into Hyva’s existing range of products and soon becoming the benchmark for Rolloader cranes.
The first factory outside Europe: Brazil
Hyva Brazil, in Caxias do Sul, becomes the first factory outside Europe.
New subsidiaries in Thailand and Poland
Hyva Thailand, in Samutprakarn, and Hyva Poland, in Kraków, are founded.
The second factory outside Europe: India
Hyva India, in Mumbai, becomes the second factory operating outside Europe.
Hyva acquires Technamics B.V.
Hyva acquires Technamics B.V. which specializes in the development, production and marketing of hook lifts and skiploaders (generally known as container handling systems) under the brand name Hyva Lift.
Hyva acquires new hydraulic division in Germany
Hyva acquires the hydraulic division of the Georg Group in Germany, a leading supplier of high pressure cylinders with a factory in Olbersdorf, close to the borders of Poland and Czech Republic.
New subsidiaries in Morocco, Russia and Czech Republic
Hyva continues its expansion into new markets with the establishment of Hyva operations in Morocco, Casablanca, in Russia, Moscow, and in Czech Republic, Prague moving later to its current location in Jažlovice.
The establishment of Hyva China
Hyva China is established and opens its manufacturing plant in Yangzhou, China, primarily serving a growing demand in the domestic market.
A new subsidiary in the United States
Hyva starts operations as Hyva Corporation in the USA, at Illinois.
A new factory opens in India, a new subsidiary in Ireland
Hyva opens its latest state of the art facility in India, Mumbai, for production, research and development of its extensive range of products.
Hyva acquires its sole distributor Hyva Lift in Ireland.
Hyva acquires the Amco Veba / Ferrari Group
Hyva acquires the Amco Veba / Ferrari Group in Poviglio, Italy, specializing in the production of truck mounted cranes.
Hyva expands to Australia and opens a new plant in India
Hyva acquires the Altatec Group of Companies in Australia, business currently under the name of Hyva Pacific. In India, Bangalore, Hyva opens a new factory.
New subsidiaries in Mexico, Romania and Hungary
Official foundation of Hyva subsidiaries in Mexico, Monterrey, in Romania, Bucharest, and in Hungary, Biatorbágy.
Hyva acquires Tecnomet
Acquisition of Tecnomet, a producer of double acting cylinders.
Two new factories in India and China
Hyva opens two new factories operating in India and China.
New subsidiary in Hong Kong
The opening of a new subsidiary, Hyva Hong Kong.
New subsidiaries in Indonesia, Dubai and Singapore
The establishment of Hyva Indonesia, in Kab. Bekasi, and Hyva Asia Holdings, with the founding of Hyva Singapore. In Dubai, Hyva opens the MEA subsidiary to represent Western Europe, Middle East and Africa.
A second factory opens in Brazil
Hyva strengthens its presence in Brazil with the opening of a second factory. Part of the complex in Caxias do Sul, this plant is specialized in cranes manufacturing.
Hyva acquires Jiangsu Yinbao Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.
Hyva acquires Jiangsu Yinbao Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. in China, expanding Hyva's strategy across Asia.
The founding of Hyva Southern Africa
Hyva expands its strategy across the African continent with the opening of the South African subsidiary, in Umhlanga.
New subsidiary in Turkey, new factory in China
Hyva expands to Turkey, with the opening of a new subsidiary in Izmir. In China, Hyva reinforces its presence opening a new factory in Yangzhou.

Hyva do Brasil celebrates 25th anniversary
Founded in 1995, Hyva do Brasil currently has two manufacturing plants: one for the manufacture of cylinders and wet kits and the other focused on cranes, also selling Hyva Moving Floors.
