Hyva’s Scissor System Tipping Kits for underbody tipping of dump trucks handle higher tipping weights to cope with the toughest jobs and are the first in the market to standard operate at 250 bar pressure. This results in a lower weight with less hydraulic oil.

Due to the limited hydraulic oil required to operate a scissor system, you are able to achieve fast tipping cycles. With the integrated knock-off and end-damping functions, end of stroke shocks of the body are limited to minimum.
