Hydraulic hoist 3200
Complete solution
The hoist is fitted on the crane complete with wire rope, wire sheaves, swivel hook with counterweight, control valve section, hose kit, stowing bracket, and safety equipment.
On cranes equipped with fly-jib, the lifting capacity of the hoist is reduced corresponding to the capacity of the fly-jib. It will to some extent be necessary to mount/dismount various roller guides and wire sheaves when folding/unfolding the crane.
Electronic wire protection system (EWPS)
EWPS is always included when you buy an HMF crane with hoist. It makes sure that the following functions are currently being monitored by the RCL Safety System which intervenes before a dangerous situation occurs, e.g., in case of:
- Maximum wire pull (overload)
- At least 3 winds of wire left on the drum
Hoist auto-ease (HAE)
When operating the “extension - out” movement, the hoist automatically eases with a fixed, slow speed. The HAE system protects the wire rope against unnecessary high impact in the event of a safety stop.
HAE makes working with a hoist safer and faster, because it allows the operator to focus on the current lifting task. When you lift with a hoist, you often work in high positions where your visibility is reduced - in this case, the HAE system will help you avoid unnecessary interruption.
Wire hoist control (WHC)
With the WHC system, you can unfold or fold the crane with the wire fitted to the boom system. You can also perform small tasks without wasting time rigging up the wire rope when the crane is unfolded before use and stripping the wire rope when the crane is stowed after use.
The WHC controls the wire tension and actively ensures that the wire rope is always extended, without it being overloaded regardless of which other crane functions the crane operator is operating.
Wire hoist control is delivered on all 7020-9520 cranes with hoist.
Automatic swing-up hoist (ASH)
On cranes with fly-jib and hoist, ASH will automatically bring the hoist into the correct position when unfolding and folding the crane and fly-jib.
Crane models with ASH
- HMF 7020OK-RCS with FJ 1200
- HMF 7020K-RCS with FJ 1400
- HMF 9520OK-RCS with FJ2000
- HMF 9520K-RCS with FJ2200
When you unfold the crane, the ASH system registers the movement of the crane and automatically swings down the hoist to the working position.
When folding, the hoist automatically swings away from the working position and up on top of the main boom.
The swing-up hoist reduces the crane height, both when the crane is working and if the crane is not stowed during transport. It also allows the fly-jib to be stowed at the lowest possible height.
2-part snatch block doubles the lifting capacity
Hoist 3200 is available with 2-part snatch block for 12 mm wire that doubles the lifting capacity of the hoist thus halving the wire speed.
Technical data
Theoretical maximum wire pull per layer:
1st layer = 3130 kg
2nd layer = 2890 kg
3rd layer = 2680 kg
4th layer = 2500 kg
Wire rope speed per layer at 60 l/min (max. load):
1st layer = 31 m/min
2nd layer = 34 m/min
3rd layer = 36.5 m/min
4th layer = 39 m/min
Standard wire rope: Ø12 mm
