Fly-jib 2200

Fly-jib 2200 is a hydraulic extension for fitting in the boom system of your crane. It has a large lifting capacity, and it offers you great flexibility and prolongs the reach of your crane.  

Reach new heights 

With a fly-jib you can reach even further with your crane. It gives you the opportunity to perform lifts over roofs and other obstacles. This means that you can, easily and unhindered,deliver roof tiles and plates to the recipient.  

20° over-bending 

The fly-jib gives you another bend which enables the possibility of carrying out horizontal lifting such as lifts through gates and over roofs.  
It is designed with over-bending of 20° which helps to ease access to places under difficult conditions.

This fly-jib is available on the following models: 

• HMF 9520-K6 
• HMF 9520-K7 

This fly-jib is available with 3, 4, 5 and 6 hydraulic extensions. If you choose 6 hydraulic extensions, it is possible to get 1 or 2 manual extensions.  
The lifting capacity depends on the crane model. The maximum capacity is obtained when the fly-jib is perpendicular to the boom system of crane.  
The lifting capacity is adapted to each boom position in accordance with the RCL safety system. When either the crane or the fly-jib approaches maximum lifting capacity, working speed is reduced proportionally to the load on the crane or the fly-jib.
